Indiana State Police is investigating the death of an inmate at the Madison County Jail. WTHR reports
Around 10 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 9, jail staff discovered the inmate, identified by ISP as Jacob S. Lyttle, unresponsive in his cell. Lyttle was pronounced dead at the scene.
