The murder conviction of a Delaware County man who fatally shot his neighbor has been upheld by the Indiana Court of Appeals. 31 year old Cy Erik Alley was found guilty of murder in the August 2022 slaying of rural Albany resident Gerald Lee Copley, reports the Star Press. In an appeal, Alley contended a confession he made should not have been used as evidence against him.
