Former Deputy Mayor Richard Ivy, whose position was recently eliminated by Muncie City Council in a budget move, is rejoining local government. The Star Press reports Mayor Dan Ridenour’s administration announced Monday that Ivy will become the human resources director for the Muncie Sanitary District.
