Delaware County voters on Tuesday were showing up at their local polling places in what appeared to be large numbers. The Star Press reports as of about 11:30 a.m., an estimated 16,000 ballots had been cast Tuesday in Muncie and Delaware County, according to officials. A total of 14,098 voters cast in-person early ballots between Oct. 8 and Monday’s noon deadline.
