A Muncie man was arrested after reportedly hitting a woman with a shovel, according to court documents. CBS 4 reports 39 year old Jacob Ryan Scharbough was charged with Domestic Battery with a Child Present, in connection with the incident Wednesday at a residence on the 12000 block of S Trails End Drive .
