Two Muncie men who stole the identities of inmates at the New Castle Correctional Facility have each been sentenced to three years in federal prison. The Star Press reports 34 year old Martins Tochukwu Chidiobi and 38 year old Lawrence Onyesonwu pleaded guilty to making false statements to a financial institution.
