A Delaware County man has been accused of battering and threatening his girlfriend. The Star Press reports 61-year-old Michael Timothy Concannon is charged in Delaware Circuit Court 5 with domestic battery. He is accused of striking the woman in the face on Aug. 28. A Delaware County sheriff’s deputy said her right eye was “almost swollen shut.”
