A shrinking and aging congregation is a contributing factor to the announced sale of a historic and cultural landmark built from 1906 to 1908 near downtown Muncie. The Star Press reports Muncie Friends Church went on the market in recent weeks. The 21,000-square-foot building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
