Juneteenth is coming up midweek. All nonessential federal, Muncie and Delaware County government offices, and Delaware County courts, are closed Wednesday, June 19, for the holiday. Indiana offices will be open and state employees will not be off Juneteenth. The Bureau of Motor Vehicles in Indiana will be open on Wednesday.
