A Muncie man was arrested early Wednesday morning after a reported argument between neighbors about a car’s headlights led to the man pointing a firearm at the person he was arguing with. According to FOX 59, 50-year-old Kevin York was charged with one count of intimidation with a deadly weapon after a caller told officers that her neighbor, later identified as York, reportedly pointed a gun at her grandson.
