As a part of the planned $103 million construction of a new Madison County jail, the county is planning to resolve drainage issues at the site. The Herald Bulletin reports Madison County Commissioners Wednesday approved two contracts with Spaceco to resolve drainage issues that have been a problem on Hartman Road to the west of the railroad tracks to County Road 300 West.
