A physician who operated a pain clinic in Muncie has pleaded guilty to four criminal charges. According to the Star Press, 62 year old William Perry Hedrick pleaded guilty to unlawful dispensation of controlled substances, Medicaid fraud, obstruction of justice and harassment. He operated a pain clinic at 3301 Fox Ridge Lane that was raided by authorities in 2014.
