A deadly overdose leads to a Dunkirk man’s arrest for allegedly providing the fatal fentanyl. 33 year old Cody Alan Brenner is charged in Jay Circuit Court with dealing in a controlled substance resulting in death, stemming from the Sept. 10 death of a 26-year-old Dunkirk resident.
