A man pulled over by police for riding his bike on a sidewalk in Hartford City ended up being busted for drugs. 46 year old Johnny D. Christal was arrested on the early morning of Dec. 4th. The Star Press reports Christal gave the officer permission to search two bags he was carrying. One bag searched contained, among other items, two “smoking instruments containing a black burnt residue” that later tested positive for meth.
