The Anderson Board of Public Safety will conduct a hearing on the condemnation of two longstanding buildings. According to the Herald Bulletin, the Safety Board voted last month to condemn the “J” building at Bingham Square that was damaged by fire in May 2022. Todd Fisher, director of the Anderson Municipal Development Department, said he would request to the Board of Public Safety that the building be demolished.
