Come September, meetings of Delaware County Council will be live streamed. Council voted 6-1 to video stream and record this year’s budget hearings, reports the Star Press, following the Indiana General Assembly passing a state law requiring county council and other public meetings across local government to be live-streamed, recorded and archived for at least 90 days.
