Charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor face a Muncie man who allegedly bought drugs from a 17-year-old. 60 year old Ronnie Lee Brown was pulled over May 8th, with the teen in his car. The teen fled and when apprehended he had four bags of crack cocaine on him. The Star Press reports Brown reportedly admitted he had recently purchased crack cocaine and marijuana from the teen.
