Gov. Eric Holcomb says Indiana will move to Stage 5, the final phase of reopening, on Saturday. What that means is retail stores and malls can operate at full capacity, as can restaurants and bars, personal services and no restrictions on gyms and fitness facilities. Also, events like sports, festivals and fairs can resume and restrictions are lifted on amusement parks and water parks.
