Muncie Mall is losing another anchor store. Macy’s has decided to close its Muncie location. While a specific closing date has not been announced, a clearance sale will begin this month and run for approximately 8 to 12 weeks. The mall has four spots for anchor stores, and when Macy’s is closed, three of those spots will be empty, with J.C. Penney remaining open.
