A Muncie man has surrendered himself to police in connection with a deadly hit and run in the the parking lost of Cheers Tavern in Muncie over the weekend. 41 year old Aaron Harmon turned himself in Tuesday and is free on bail in connection with the death of 44 year old Matthew Smith of Muncie. Investigators are piecing together what led to the incident.
