Democratic Representative Sue Errington of Muncie lent her support to Muncie photographer Heather Steed during a Statehouse celebration Of 2019 Hoosier Women Artists. Steed’s photo “Caught by Nature” was on display to celebrate the importance of the arts in Indiana’s communities and showcase the work of talented female artists throughout Indiana.
