Muncie police say a woman they pulled over this week was intoxicated and driving with her child in the car. 27 year old Rashonda Williams’ vehicle left Riggin Road near the Walnut Street roundabout and crashed into a ditch at about 7pm. Police say Williams’ blood alcohol content was .28, more than three times the legal limit. She was sent to the Delaware County jail in lieu of $12,500 bail.
