A convicted bank robber is now charged with holding up a Winchester bank. The Randolph County Prosecutor’s office has filed formal charges against 38-year-old Jason Bud Garmon is accused of robbing the Old National Bank in 2015. Garmon has already been convicted in a spree of robberies in Delaware and Blackford counties, including bank holdups in Eaton and Dunkirk.
