Winchester; Middletown Pick Up Big Fed Grants

The Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs has announced that more than $11 million in federal grant funding is being awarded to 21 rural Hoosier communities. Randolph County has been awarded $500,000 for a new fire station, and Middletown is receiving $550,000 for wastewater improvements.
