An Edgewood Elementary School parent has been arrested on suspicion of making threats against the Westside school’s principal. 29-year-old Julia Hubble has been arraigned on charges of felony intimidation. Hubble allegedly threatened to shoot the principal after her son was disciplined after reportedly making a comment about stabbing teachers.
