Madison County Commissioners are filing a federal lawsuit against several drug companies over the prescribing and distribution of opioids. The commissioners on Tuesday approved a contract with the Indianapolis law firm Cohen & Malad to represent the county, Alexandria and Elwood in the lawsuit.
