Muncie police have arrested 28-year-old Jessica Skeens, the driver of a van that crashed Sunday, killing her 6-year-old daughter. Skeens is now facing charges including operating while intoxicated. The crash occurred Sunday afternoon when Skeens and her boyfriend got into an argument and he grabbed the steering wheel.
