He went missing after copping a plea to drug counts, but police say a Muncie man is in custody now after leading them on a vehicle and foot chase. 37 year old Henry Lowe was spotted driving an SUV on the south side around 2 Thursday morning. When police tried to pull him over, he took off and kept going until he crashed into a vehicle near Grant and Willard Streets. Lowe tried to run but was caught quickly with the help of a K-9 officer. He’s charged with resisting law enforcement and leaving the scene of an accident.
