Ball State Officials Seek State Dollars For Interactive Classrooms

Ball State University is looking for $5 million dollars in its budget request to state lawmakers to help build 20 new interactive classrooms. The school claims pilot projects done with those interactive learning spaces have been shown to help curtail failing grades in math. BSU reps say the classrooms change the method and practice of teaching through technology. Each classroom costs $250,000.
