An Indianapolis woman was arrested after she crashed an SUV into a retention pond. Police say she drove into the pond next to Steak and Shake at 25th and Post Road. Firefighters rescued her from the pond while she was standing on top of her vehicle. IMPD soon took her into custody after they found out she had an outstanding warrant out of Hancock County for theft. Police don’t know why she ended up driving into the water.
