They were spotted running down the street near the local Walmart, with the merchandise in hand. Police in Winchester have arrested two Wayne County residents on theft charges. 30-year-old Sarah Bauer, and 29-year-old Ricky Maddox Jr., both of Fountain City, ran to a waiting box van and then sped off. The Star Press reports that the items in their possession were stolen from the store.
