Authorities say two people are dead and two others injured following a crash involving a horse-and-buggy and pickup truck in northeastern Indiana. The crash happened Sunday night in Allen County and the sheriff’s department says they were looking for the pickup’s driver, who left the truck and fled. The department says two women died and two men were taken to the hospital.
