It will be a do-over for a contractor who has to fix some striping on a downtown Muncie street. Officials say the lines on a stretch of West Charles Street are too far to one side, making the eastbound side extremely tight when on-street parking is taken into account. Already the double yellow line there has been covered over in preparation for repainting so more vehicles can fit in those eastbound lanes.
