A Muncie man who was found passed out inside his garage with a gun in his pocket is facing charges. Police got to a home on the 3700 block of North Oakwood Avenue and found 27 year old Jason Harris. As he was being loaded into an ambulance, he began swearing and threatening to kill emergency responders and police. He’s behind bars in lieu of $10,000 bail.
