It is an epidemic: A woman from Hope, Indiana has been arrested after she overdosed in her car in a store parking lot while her infant son was in the back seat. When police arrived, they found her unresponsive in the driver’s seat with her 10-month-old in the back. Police had to give her two doses of Narcan to revive her.
