It may raise money for people in need, but a judge says the Organ Trail, just outside Muncie, also breaks the law. The haunted house attraction, on the 2900 block of South Hoyt Avenue, was scheduled to open two more times this weekend. Instead, a Delaware Circuit Court Judge has granted a temporary restraining order that will keep it closed through Halloween. An attorney claims the attraction breaks the rules by setting up shop in a residential area.
