A teenager was shot and killed in Kokomo and now two people are in custody for it, after what investigators believe was a drug deal gone bad. It happened Sunday at around 12:30 in the afternoon behind a convenience store. That’s where officers found 17-year-old LeMarcus McGraw, lying on the ground with several gunshot wounds and later died from his injuries. They later located suspect Kaliel Rucker, several blocks away. He’s been charged with murder, possession of marijuana and dealing marijuana. A 15-year-old was also arrested and charged.
