A count of sexual misconduct with a minor pending against a Muncie pastor has been dismissed after prosecutors said the alleged victim no longer wanted to testify. The case against 60-year-old Matthew Kidd of Freedom Point Apostolic Church started nearly eight years ago. He was accused of sexually abusing three teenage brothers who attended his church.
