One person is dead, another in custody after a stabbing Tuesday morning in Muncie. Police were called to a South Vine Street home just before 10:30am. There they found a victim identified as 27 year old William Laudermilt with a neck wound. He was taken to IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead. Jeremy Wayne Bisel, 37 is being held without bond in the Delaware County jail, preliminarily charged with murder.
