Stealing lottery tickets has become a hobby for these two, say police and now a man and a woman are being sought for it. Police say the pair go into a convenience store together, purchase a fountain drinka nd then complain that it’s flat. Police say while the clerk checks the drink dispenser, the pair steal lottery tickets and take off. The most recent heist happened late Wednesday afternoon at Village Pantry, 5302 North Wheeling Avenue. This time, a clerk got into a scuffle with the man before he took off, elevating the theft to a robbery.
