Visitors can ride on a hay wagon, carve pumpkins, and participate in a chili cook-off and more at Summit Lake State Park’s Fall Festival on Saturday, Oct. 15. Activities begin with hayrides and a kids’ craft table. The chili cook-off and pumpkin carving follow with campground trick-or-treating taking place from 5:30 to 7 p.m. All activities are free after the standard gate fee.
