A Muncie man is shot and now police are trying to find out what happened. Police say 46 year old William Norris of the 400 block of North Madison Street was hit once in the arm and leg. He was found by police on the 1800 block of South Libert Street early Thursday and taken to the hospital. Police describe the suspect only as a black male wearing a blue sweatshirt.
