The Delaware County leg of the Indiana Bicentennial torch run kicks off Tuesday. From 7-9am there will be a free Community Pancake Breakfast at Heartland Hall at the Delaware County Fairgrounds and mobile museum tours. The breakfast will be followed by the lighting of the torch, with Muncie Mayor Dennis Tyler the first of 24 people to make the run through Delaware County.
