A Muncie man who police say sent inappropriate, sexually charged Facebook messages to a teenager is under arrest. 31 year old Michael Lee Bales of the 300 block of North Elm Street is behind bars in lieu of $5000 bail. Police say he first approached a 15 year old boy at a mutual friend’s house and then sent the Facebook message later.
