New life may be coming for the former Edgewood Plaza property in Anderson. MRT Properties of Cleveland wants to purchase 4.5 acres along West 16th Street to develop residential apartments, townhouses and a clubhouse. Anderson Redevelopment is taking the proposal under advisement. Work on the project could start in October, 2017.
