A Delaware County sheriff’s deputy pulled over 36 year old Warren Burress for not wearing his seat belt. That ended up with the driver facing multiple charges. Turns out Burress was wanted on a suspended license and parole violations. Also, he reportedly struggled with the deputy, who suffered wrist and knee injuries. Burress took off but was captured in a nearby residence about ten minutes later.
