Zika: It’s still a big concern for Congress according to 4th District congresswoman Susan Brooks. Brooks says the biggest problem is making sure the government is more prepared for outbreaks of Zika and Ebola. However, 7th District congressman Andre Carson says there have been plenty of opportunities for Congress to address the problems. He blames the lack of action on Republican leadership.
