Ball State University was placed on lockdown last night after a report of a gun man on campus. BSU issued an emergency notification around 8:27 p.m. Thursday after a man with a gun was reported near DeHorty/Woodworth Halls on Riverside Avenue. After a sweep of the area, the lockdown was lifted and students were allowed to return to normal activities.
