The neighbor of a Delaware County sheriff’s deputy shot the cop’s dogs to death after they attacked the man’s goats. Police say that incident followed another one some months back when those same dogs killed one of the man’s sheep. The dogs were a seven year old pit pull and a year old border collie. The neighbor says he feels bad it came to that.
