Anderson’s Cross Street Pay Less store will undergo a 40,000-square-foot expansion. The Anderson Plan Commission has approved the rezoning of nearly 10 acres to the north and west of the current store for additional retail space. The zoning designation is being changed from R-2 to B-4 for a community shopping center. The Anderson City Council has to approve the rezoning request at a future meeting. The expansion is expected to be completed in 2017.
